Yoga means "to unite or to bring together". Prenatal yoga helps to unify the magical connection between a mother and her baby. Pregnancy is a beautiful time in your life; however, it can also be overwhelming and stressful. Research has shown that prenatal yoga can help to combat stress during pregnancy.
Prenatal yoga benefits:
Improved sleep
Reduced stress and anxiety
Increase strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for child birth

Prenatal yoga is a multidimensional approach to exercise during pregnancy. It encompasses so many important aspects of childbirth including a better connection with your ever-changing body, gentle stretching for sore muscles, stabilization for an the expanding pelvis, mental clarity and centering, and focused breathing.
