• What does this mean for me? This means that payment is due at the time of service.
• Can I use my insurance? Can I get reimbursed? You can contact your insurance provider and ask about out-of-network benefits. You will be provided with a receipt from each session. There is no guarantee for insurance reimbursement. 
• What does this mean for Medicare holders? My Pelvic Healing is not a contracted Medicare provider. Unfortunately, federal law prohibits physical therapists that do not contract with medicare from treating Medicare Part B recipients, regardless of payment method. If Medicare is your primary insurance, you are unable to utilize treatment from My Pelvic Healing.
