Kinetacore ® describes functional dry needling as a therapeutic treatment procedure that involves multiple advances of a filament needles into the muscle in the area of the body which produces pain and typically contains a 'Trigger Point’.   There is no injectable solution and typically the needle is very thin.

Dry needling aims to reduce pain and restore normal length and function of the involved muscle.

Dry needling has been a turning point during many of my patient's recoveries. It is a modality that I use for pain treatment and for proper muscle function. I use dry needling for the orthopedic patient population, as well as, when treating conditions related to the pelvic floor.

If you have failed other conservative treatments, contact me about how dry needling may be the treatment to break your pain cycle.
